● Led the end-to-end UX design for self-service MasterCard & Amex card dispensing, reducing teller congestion and improving customer experience by about 40% ● Conducted user research in collaboration with the UX research team, uncovering key barriers to self-service adoption in over 12 bank branches. ● Created an intuitive, step-by-step SSK interface, making card dispensing effortless and increasing adoption to 152,000+ cards monthly 6 months post-launch. ● Increased a significant shift towards self-service banking, with card dispensing growing from 8% to +57% share of all cards dispensed in the branch within the first 12 months. ● Identified fraud risks through log data analysis and collaborated with security teams to integrate biometric authentication, significantly reducing fraudulent card dispensing to 0%

● Designed and led the development of FemCare AI, a women’s health platform integrating AI-powered chatbots, telemedicine, and fertility tracking to improve healthcare accessibility in developing Countries starting from Nigeria. ● Conducted extensive user research with over 80 women across 4 countries, ensuring an inclusive and user-friendly experience that caters to diverse women’s health needs ● Developed a natural conversational AI experience, enabling users to receive medically verified health insights through an intuitive chatbot and tested it virtually with about 10 women.
